Nightworld

The debut LP by this Melbourne quartet, released on the Sorcerer label. Featuring ex-members of Bits Of Sh*t, they're inspired by the sounds of early US west coast hardcore (Black Flag, Flipper, Adolescents), avant-rock a la Pere Ubu/MX-80 Sound and Aussie noise-punk (from X to feedtime to Lubricated Goat) and music of many a varietal. They blend this all up into an unhinged stew of short/fast/loud racket. 300 pressed.
