What is your returns policy?

We will accept returns on faulty products, either giving you a credit or sending you a replacement copy at our expense. Sorry, but we won't accept a return on a recording you simply don't happen to like.

Possibly. Please contact us at info@magneticsouth.com.au with the details and we'll see if it's suitable.

Do you ship overseas?

At this stage, due to tariffs and related issues - no. We are keeping shipping domestic at this stage, though this may well change in the future.

Magnetic South is also a distribution company?

Yes, MS is mainly a distribution company, and we sell to many independent retailers throughout Australia and we encourage you to support them.

Does Magnetic South also release records?

Yes, we have several inhouse labels: Magnetic South, Eminent Vinyl, Sorcerer and Golden Debris.
