What is your returns policy?

We will accept returns on faulty products, either giving you a credit or sending you a replacement copy at our expense. Sorry, but we won't accept a return on a recording you simply don't happen to like.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! We've been offering international shipping since August 2026.

Shipping for 2 items costs $45 AUD.
Shipping for 3 items costs $55 AUD.
Shipping for 4 items costs $65 AUD.
Shipping for 5 items costs $75 AUD.
Shipping for 6 items costs $85 AUD.
Shipping for 7 items costs $95 AUD.
Shipping for 8 items costs $105 AUD.
Shipping for 9 items costs $115 AUD.

And international shipping is FREE for orders of 10 or more items!

Yes, MS is mainly a distribution company, and we sell to many independent retailers throughout Australia and we encourage you to support them.

Does Magnetic South also release records?

Yes, we have several inhouse labels: Magnetic South, Eminent Vinyl, Sorcerer and Golden Debris.
